State Street has a long history of working to create positive change in our global and local communities. Today, our outreach efforts extend to communities throughout Germany and around the world.
As a member of each of the communities in which we do business, our goal is to provide financial and volunteer support to community organisations and promote community involvement and contribution. The focus of our community outreach encompasses three main areas: Global Philanthropy, Volunteerism and Community Development. Within these areas, we focus on not-for-profit initiatives that aid the economically less advantaged. We target our resources to aid activities related to four key concerns: Education and Job-Skills Training, Neighborhood Revitalisation, Youth Programs and Health and Human Needs.
